@@iihighvoltage i completely understand. Eric the only providing real info. Not vague term like "sequencing". Especially at lower levels. Its not rocket science to throw decently hard.

I think some of the thought processes here are still in nocebo land - especially the far left guy. It’s like halfway there maybe. This is an example of a nocebo: While sleeping is important generally, to say that one didn’t sleep well one night (whatever that means) and thus could only train at 70% is a nocebo and can have negative effects. It is entirely possible that one may sleep poorly for a night and still perform well. If every time you do not believe you slept well you then let that alter you’re training you are nocebo-ing yourself. Ie you may be taking your own expectations (which may not be true) and letting those expectations dictate performance. This is a problem with sleep measuring gadgets - there’s not really a positive and only potential negatives to them. I won’t even touch on stretching and cool downs, or the massage gun things...

Can you make a video on what drills there are to help gain velo some that you have found successful.
@joeyprice52242 жыл бұрын
This question kind of contradicts their entire argument. What I’ve found works is plyometrics, gaining weight, lifting, and fixing mechanics. You can’t just do one specific thing. You have to do everything

Is there any way to manufacture that good nights rest. Like when you are playing a game on the road and you are jet lagged.

If ur problem is getting to sleep, melatonin could help. If ur problem is staying asleep try different sleeping positions.
