Basement Remodel of our LeHigh by Ryan Homes

Finished the basement. Added recessed lights, outlets, carpet square flooring, and a dry bar. The ceiling is left without drywall and painted black for aesthetics. I also added a piece of 3in trim at the top of the walls. The post is framed with 2x4's and covered with 1x12 boards (might change this to drywall).

Roy....that basement door looks so good...I'm going to buy a door and install it in my ryanhomes Grand Cayman. I wouldn't have thought of it if not for your video. The door door gives that little area a more open feel. Great video and thanks for thinking of the door because I'm doing the door when I close on my home....the door will be my 1st easy project.
