I don't have the 8s but... my sense is that that 6s is more fun overall for most. It's tough and does more overall. Things do occasionally break that you might not notice right away. I was surprised that Abby drove an RC with so much power from the bottom of the hill. So much to hit up top :)

I love my Kraton 6s!! I have the same color. It’s a big upgrade from my dhk Maximus as far as handling goes. I’ve added a few bolt ons for durability. It’s been run hard and the only thing to break was the wing. My son and I enjoy your videos! Thanks!

This would be great to see launched from the ramp, might be just a little different from launching over the hill. When Abby was on the tree, yeah I don't think that having reverse would've helped to get unstuck. When you took over, Nate, and ran past down to the curve and hit the puddle, that splash was awesome! There was still mist when you turned around. Don't know if it would be possible, but it would be great to see all of your Kraton just out ripping and roaring!

4:47 1 FOOT AWAY FROM COMPLETE DESTRUCTION! Just got my 6s about a month ago and what a beast! Haven't put in the 15 tooth pinion gear, but the 80C was a nice kick over the 50C. Between Integy and GPM Racing, just about everything is upgraded to aluminum, blue to match the body, with a sweet remote light kit hard mounted to the lid already.

Amma RC are easy to clean You just have to have like Oxygen Orange or Simple Green and spray it to release the dirt or mud then spray with water then blow you're so cute when you dry them with an air blower of some kind because the electronic systems are waterproof that's how I clean all my arrma RC for the last 4 years it's a good thing about Arrma. I have a video showing that I do best My RC hard on the BMX track but those jumps her brutal see you have to be very good at it😉👍👍

Guys grab a rpm front bumper and rear skid plate for it. It's a must. I also highly recommend getting some 4s outcast tires for it. Alot of us 6s kraton guys love them! Also Nate program that esc to have reverse, it's not hard. You turn just the truck on while holding the set button. Look up driftomaniacs video on KZbin. Just search how to program arrma esc. He has them for the 1/10 and 1/8th scale trucks.

Ive got a few a few Arrma vehicles the 6s outcast is alot of fun stunts the Kraton is a unbelievable fun truck and fast change center diff gear oils and front and back and it becomes a rocket ship it just a joy to drive get you a dusty motors cover keeps alot of dirt and trash out the electronics and rear dirt shields keep grass out rear drive shafts just preventive maintenance its just way cool RC !!! I have some of the T word RC's but honestly the Arrma's are crazy fast and great handling!!!!!!

My 3rd day with the V4 6s. First RC ever also. Unreal. Don't know how else to describe it. I know I just invested in a money pit and couldn't be more thrilled. After 3 days, I've had 8-10 full runs and lots of wrench time. But Arrma did a great job with affordability and durability. Thanks for the awesome video RC Saylors!

@@codejunki567 No issues that I had not caused on my own. Broken A arms mainly from a heavy throttle finger at first. The RPM arms seemed to cut down on that quite a bit though.

@@27pugsly Definitely mike!! I was hoping for a proper MT. A "xmaxx killer". I was really excited thinking it was gonna be a more realistic, truck style looking MT and not a giant truggy. And I think it hurt the sales. I'm a prime example. Had it been a new monster truck I would of bought it that day but since I already own a v4 kraton I said I don't see the point. Its just a bigger *slower* kraton. Like a kraton that got fat and its balls chopped off! 😂😂 I think they hurt themselves not creating a entirely new platform.

Hey guys, loving the videos, wanting to get back in to rc and my son is looking to as well. In your opinion what are the fastest out of the box rtr electric rc buggys/trucks? Quite a few advertise 70mph but are 30mph out of the box. I'm used to using lipo batteries and would prefer Brushless (guessing the faster ones would be anyway), just open to a few suggestions please 👍

Mark Ashman What brand is advertising 70mph but only getting 30mph? You should read what most brands say right on the box and users manual. Most Rc’s need a pinion gear change to hit advertised speed. Pinion change takes 5 minutes, boom advertised speed.

It was fun, but a bad idea to jump right were a whole bunch of trees are. Wow. If there's no reverse, then there's no breaking, and therefore you can't rotate the vehicle to try to prevent butt landings on the wing while being airborne no? But you do have brakes but no reverse 🤔

I also believe I've underestimated how TOUGH you are Nate. I'm sure Abby has over the years bashed, crashed, and ran you through the water, even though you are only partially water proof. 😂😂😂🥴🥴🥴.
