Very cool to see you taking coaching from other styles. Boxers' movement and weight transfer is phenomenal, learned a huge amount from training boxing fundamentals after a knee injury caused by my bad weight transfer in sparring. Really do believe that soaking up knowledge and techniques from all sources and styles is invaluable, have gained a great deal watching channels such as yours with that aim, and training with guys and girls from different styles. would rope jumping -skipping help this? Its like the boxer step in skipping your always using your calves because your on the balls of feet and toes namely no heel striking involved
