Here is a recipe that will make you want to eat it over and over again.

【Sushi Rice】
Rice: 2 cups
Water: 360ml
Kombu (kelp): 1 piece (10cm square)
White sesame seeds: 3 tablespoons
【Sushi Vinegar】
Rice vinegar: 3 tablespoons
Cane sugar: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 2 teaspoons
【Dashi】
Water: 360ml
Sake: 4 tablespoons
Mirin: 4 tablespoons
Cane sugar: 3 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
Aburaage (fried tofu pouches): 6 pieces
