But I thought that ㅗ and ㅛhad the English “o” sound as in “slow”. I thought ㅓ and ㅗ and ㅛ were “o” And ㅜ,ㅠ were“u” sound. Am I mistaken? If you watch my Korean phonics playlist videos in order, you'll be able to read soon. After two more lessons in my Korean class, the phonics chapter will end. Take 2 hours to master Korean phonics. 2. Try writing a Korean diary. Since you're good at English, write a simple diary entry in English and ask ChatGPT to translate it into Korean casually. Then try to memorize it naturally.
