I have been doing this beginner session for over a week as I play a lot of tennis, wasn’t warming down properly and was waking up each morning very stiff. Pilates was suggested to me. Already I feel my joints have improved, I feel more relaxed and actually think I’m sleeping a little better. Thank you Jessica from this 50 something from London!

I’m so beyond grateful for your videos, Jessica! I have been using your beginner pilates videos for my chronic back pain relief for quite some time now. I love how I can feel that every single space of my body was used. I feel so much lighter & stronger after every workout. No matter the intensity or duration. Happy 2024!

THANK YOU!! I found Pilates about 8 years ago and fell in love with it. The workouts were gentle beginner level on a reformer but I felt the results and felt wonderful. We moved from the area and finding a new gentle beginner Pilates program was a challenge. Also, life got very much in the way of the search. I have recently seen what happens when one decides that sitting and not moving is the "life choice." This person went from relative independence to living in a skilled nursing facility because of an inability to walk. That kicked my desire to reconnect with Pilates into overdrive. I found your channel with the gentle beginner 15 minute sessions. Today is my 5th consecutive day with you. Your tone and encouragement are perfect for me. I keep telling myself that small movements lead to medium movements which lead to large movements. One day I plan to get a reformer and truly enjoy the fruits of Pilates. Thank you for bringing Pilates back into my life. You are a Godsend.

Thank you so much for providing these videos. I suffered an injury to my spine many years ago. I am now in my 60s and feeling it more and more. These exercises really helped to loosen up the tension in my neck, shoulder and spine. 🫶🏻

Hi! I think it’s better to do this before eating, or well after. You won’t feel great doing this when you’re full. 🙂

I love you Jessica. I'm using your scoliosis routine in daily basis to help with my pain. I couldn't afford for physio treatment and I needed some exercises to do on my own. You are the best. Do you have abs routine to not pull my spine to much? I want to strong my core muscles ❤
