I loved this! I often find myself between seasons of life when I am committed to my daily practice, and seasons when I want to return... but avoid doing so. After returning from a long break, my muscles are stiff and movements that were once easy, can cause discomfort. In the past, that discomfort has been a significant barrier to maintaining a daily practice. It has been weeks since I participated in daily yoga, but today I tried this warm up before a few gentle poses. It was wonderful! I was able to enjoy my morning yoga practice without any pain or discomfort; it was as if I had not taken a break at all.

This is great!! I slept funny last night and was starting to feel some neck pain. I was searching for some warmup videos in the meantime and found this one. I followed along with her and neck/shoulder pain is gone! Simple, but effective stretches indeed! :)

Excellent videos. ..keep up the good work and please make videos for very obese older people. Balance is a huge issue so none of this can be done standing. Please make Yoga for balance for senior citizens and obese arthritic people and those having diabetes spondylitis thyroid gas IBS etc
