This is one of the common problem faced by almost everyone during their first few classes of yoga in suryanamaskara, your lg doesn’t come forwards or you can’t move your leg in Center. There is a simple technique of practicing this. Go through the video practice once and see if this helps you.
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

Wonderful. My leg is coming forward now still not in between the palms but much better than before.Next problem is bringing down the chest to touch the floor. I need some variation/ trick for that too . Thank you and God bless you. You are a great teacher

Hello. I always have a doubt in surya namaskar. If we have left leg forward in the first steps, while finishing we should being left leg forward and finish or right leg forward to finish. Can u pls clarify. This video has helped me to bring forward as u mentioned.

Bhujangasana should help in back pain and I think you should life your body till the chest in the begining and going forward you can increase the stretch also do child posture after bhujangasana 😊🙏

If you have a tight shoulder and neck you might experience this I guess you have to work on more warmup😊🙏

🙏😊.. yoga Sessions are good.. But we are new to yoga 🧘‍♀️ and not much flexibility in our body and not a slim/ perfect body.. So that need to reduce the first in bloated belly, thighs and Back fats etc,. Can’t do the perfect posture as like you while doing.. So please tell me which yoga to be follow..

Hi wrist pain maybe because of that weak wrist and you should focus a bit on strengthening your wrist. also use this trick always keep your palm wide, fingers open slightly, keep your fingers bent a little try to grab the floor while you’re practising on your palm, by doing this you will avoid a lot of stress on your wrist. Take it easy take enough breaks in between and then continue practice all the Best if you still find any difficulties please do come back here and write your problems. thank you😊🙏

I have been practicing yoga for so many years now but I am always confused about the leg movements. I would like to ask you which leg do I have to move first when going backward and which one to bring forward after the downward looking dog posture and when doing the namaskara for several reps do I have to alternate the legs each time? I went to almost all the people who are not able to bring my leg forward when doing Surya Namaskara. But after following this simple Technic I am able to bring forward my leg. Now the only thing that is left is How should I touch my feet to the floor. Because I am too obesity. I have so much belly fat. I have to get rid off this belly fat to get into flexible position.
