One of the first few chapters we were taught in our effective business communication classes during MBA was the 7 Cs of communication.
The seven C’s of communication is a list of principles that we should ensure to apply to all our communication. This principle applies for each and every industry, Job role, situations and even in leadership. Their purpose is to help ensure that your communication is effective and to the point. This can be called the basics or the fundamentals of effective communication.
