Basque Burnt Cheesecake | Mini Burnt Cheesecake | Secret ingredient [ASMR]

Burnt cheesecake is super easy to make, but how to achieve a nice dark-brown surface on the top of the cheesecake is what this recipe is about.

20g honey (secret ingredient)
5g lemon juice
5g vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
10g flour
4g corn starch
115g heavy cream

3 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey (secret ingredient)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup heavy cream
▶️Ingredients:
226g cream cheese (kem phô mai)
45g đường
20g mật ong (nguyên liệu bí mật)
5g nước chanh
5g tinh chất vani
1 quả trứng
1 lòng đỏ trứng
10g bột mì
4g bột bắp
115 g heavy cream (kem sữa tươi)

I always use all purpose flour for this recipe. I haven’t tried cake flour, but i think either way is fine
