That happened to my zv6 with the coil rub on the inside, it still played but sounded like a loose screw whenever it hit.

Interesting never thought of doing straight epoxy in doors. Have done 3/8 and 1/4 plywood adhered tot the doors then gone over with fiberglass and resin. Might have to try this on my jeep.

Anybody have any advice for me? I have a 2009 Pontiac torrent (equinox). And I just switched the ECM been driving fine I went somewhere stopped came back out and the electronic power steering isn’t working but ECM is reading fine. The only code I got for the power steering is internal short in the ECM then I cleared it then tried to calibrate power steering position sensor, and now the only code is power steering calibration, not learned I know I’m doing the steps correctly I think it’s giving me trouble because I never had the different ECM coded or programmed.. just looking a little extra info before I try to take it to the dealership and get programmed

Thinking about Beat Dominators coil rub, does he have the sealed section of each sub isolated from the other subs? It seems like the cone is wanting to wobble on full extension into the sealed chamber. Unless the pressure blew the surround and then the flimsy surround allowed the cone to wobble. I wonder if the coil rub happened before or after the surround blew out.
