@brucew5653 жыл бұрын
@@guanoguy4800 It has the best gameplay in the series. Improved stealth+improved combat+improved gliding+improved puzzles+a bigger denser open world+beautiful graphics = Arkham Knight is superior to every other Arkham entry before it. @brucew5653 жыл бұрын
@@guanoguy4800 People who say that tank combat was the majority of the game are succumbing to a negativity bias. They didn't like those sections so they remember them as taking up more of the game's overall time. They remember the feelings of negativity more vividly. The tank combat sections are only 20 percent of the entire game and not the whole game or even 50 percent of the game. Only 20 percent. Let me repeat. Tank combat is only 20 percent of the game. How do I know this?? There is a video on KZbin that has actually calculated the amount of the batmobile in the game and it's 20 percent.
@guanoguy48003 жыл бұрын
@@brucew565 It had the least fun. All that other stuff, improved this and that, true. But for fun-factor it was the weakest entry in the series. That's the biggest factor for me. I played it twice and never thought of playing it again. I've played Asylum, City, and Origins 6 times each, probably more. They're so much more fun. Also, it had lame side missions. You left that out. I don't care if mathematically it was only 20 percent. The Batmobile was too involved in the game play, puzzles, and Battles. What was the big showdown? Tank fight. How'd you fight the Arkham Knight? Tank fight. How'd you fight Deathstroke? Tank fight. How'd you get out of the Arkham Knight trap? Tank trick. How'd you get from level to level in the underground? Tank puzzle. How'd you get into the warehouse? Tank puzzle. So no matter what you say about improved this and that, it simply is the least fun to play, and the one I don't recommend.

5:55 that’s what makes Batman such an addicting character. From that night onward Bruce Waynes soul was taken and the thing that walked out of that alley way was Batman. No matter what it’s a commitment to a war that in the end he knows he can’t win but he will fight and keep fighting and doing whatever it takes to make sure nobody ever feels the way he felt even if it means giving up a sense of his humanity and the chances to be genuinely happy with others. It’s depressing but without Batman going out every night and doing the things he does there would be no hope in Gotham. Gotham is a really really messed up city and to see a man use his trauma to become something better, something that the city desperately needs even when it seems like there no point to continue fighting he still does it.

That’s why The Batman has so much hype. It’s the story we’ve always wanted. Batman being the brutal, angry detective that he is. He was never meant to be funny or humorous. That’s the beauty of the character. If you didn’t know he was a hero, you would think he’s this demon. He’s a hero from the dark side, his story is so human, and his heart is so genuine.
