7:11.; Even as a kid, I considered the Elliot Goldenthal score to 'Batman & Robin' as a re-mix to 'Batman Forever'... The way I see it, the 'Batman & Robin' score & the sound-track, respectively are much better than the movie.

i actually rewrote this entire movie once to have Val back, No Barb, Patrick Stewart as Freeze, Johnny Depp as Scarecrow and brought back Chase with Crane as a doc at Arkham that she fires so he infects her and Gordon. Freeze also worked with Crow because he had a finished cure to Nora's disease. Also Bruce decided he was done being Bats, so he's Bruce Wayne most of the movie with Dick trying to get him to be Batman again. He also visited the theater his parents died at in it and had a flashback

I saw 'Batman Forever' & 'Batman & Robin', respectively on their opening day with my best friend & I had that same experience about their endings, as well like The Real Manos talked about from 11:14-12:16 with people in the theatre applauding the ending to 'Batman Forever' & not as much for 'Batman & Robin'.

Also, I really don't think that Viviva Fox was meant to be Fries's girlfriend. He specifically says that "my (Mr. Freeze) heart beats for his wife's alone" I took that to mean that he had never been with another woman after his wife got sick. Maybe I got that wrong though. (\I I/)

Funfact Cap, around 1:06:11, as i recall Rene Russo was supposed to be the female lead in Forever/Batman 3 when Burton, and Keaton were still attached. But Robin Wright was almost cast as Chase, before Kidman.

You may not have known this, Captain, but the guard with the speaking lines was now former governer Jesse Ventura. Around this time of Arnold doing movies, Arnold always had him as a cameo. Speaking of Batman, i sure hope you get a chance to check out The Dark Knight Returns Part 1. i just got finished watching it. Probably, by far, the best animated movie DC has done yet. Just an incredible piece of work.

Senator Patrick Leahy in addition to his roles in batman/robin,dark knight and the animated series played a far greater role in relation to batman when he supported the passing of a bill banning land mines through an issue of batman entitled Batman loss of inocence the horror of land mines,leahy has a speech in the back of the comic addressing the issue.

Every villain who became a villain in that movie in every Burton/Schumacher era Batman movie kills their boss. But Woodrue isn't Ivy's boss, so I guess if anything B&R breaks that trend. The Alfred story doesn't end wrong. Mr. Freeze doesn't have a girlfriend. He rejects Vivica's character hitting on him. She's in college. Nobody revealed themselves to Bruce as a villain in Batman Forever at a gala. And there's a gala in every Burton/Schumacher era Batman movie. There's no love triangle between Batman/Robin/Ivy.

It's funny as Girlfriend #4 plays Julie Madison, Batman's first ever love interest, and the only woman other than Talia al Ghul and a plant lady created by Poison Ivy to ever marry Bruce. In the Golden Age comics, they eventually got rid of her a year after they brought in Robin.

i saw this when i was i think 6 yrs old and i loved it back then i think out of the 4 it was the one i watched b4. Batman returns was the first one i saw and it i remember being scared of that movie so i think thats why i like b&r as a kid although it is silly and over the top still liked it as a kid.

Actually the Poison Ivy's origin story in this film reminded my more of Catwoman's origin in Batman Returns then Riddler's backstory. Infact Poison in Batman and Robin is made out to be like Catwoman in more than one way having red fingers that look like claws, cat ear like haircut and even a vine whip.

1:26:09 While "MacGruber" movie has a REALLY hit and miss (mostly miss because it doesn't know the difference between comedy and gratuitous gross stuff) humor, it's not a bad action film: it does have characters with depth and develop despite being really silly, the actors do a decent job... I saw this in theaters when I was 10. I also got nearly all of the toys from the line for Christmas from various relatives. I was a HUGE Batman fan (still am) and even I was kinda disappointed when I saw it. Though the toys weren't that bad, except for both of the girl characters having those dumb hip/pelvis diagonal swivels. (\I I/)

I like this movie. I love Elliot Goldenthal. RIP Joel Schumacher. The studio cashed in yes but Batman is there to be all kinds of different styles. Batman is strong to survive all types of interpretations. This was a horny tv commercial heavy on eye candy and for teens. I was the right age for this. I watch it once a week still on MAX or bluray.
