This training seems to be exclusive to anyone with an HEV Suit when it comes to firearm training, if you don’t include the security guards that is. It’s why Gordon seems to barely struggle when shooting a gun, he’s had some training for it. Which then later leads to him being more experienced with guns by Half Life 2

Contingency Plan Code: Killer Queen Subject: Yoshikage Kira. This would be such a good one. You could say that this is an alternate timeline where Kira escaped Morioh and fled to Gotham (probably cause property values are so low) and has started killing again. If someone as meticulous as Kira with an ability as dangerous as his stand showed up in Gotham, you just know Batman would be putting all resources into finding and capturing him. I think he’d go as far as establishing contact with any moles in the Speedwagon Foundation to get more info on how to combat stands. Probably would even float the idea of getting his own stand again; though, I wonder if he’d be afraid if the pursuit of that kind of power could corrupt or compromise himself?
