The batman tv series from 2004 suit is amazing, is grey and blakc with the yellow symbol and betl, but it has shorter ears and a more distinctive cowl, and the fact that his cape is longer and covers all his body leaving a star shapde on the ground looks increidble!

I think the opposite, while I still like the armor suits, the sleek fabric/Kevlar suits add to Batman’s ability of being mobile as he’s always climbing, grappling, crawling, etc

The 3 Batsuits I'm surprised Arris didn't mention are: 1. The Golden Age Batsuit, because its THE debut Batsuit and it has a really pronounced, distinct looking cowl with the highly-prominent ears 2. The Rebirth Batsuit: because its very sleek and the gold outline around the bat symbol is nice touch, and the purple cape completes it 3. One of the Elseworld suits: with the Gotham by Gaslight & Flashlight Batsuits stand out in particular, as the most interesting

Man, I hear you and I respect that you like the classic suits over the armor plated suits, but personally I feel like that worked when Batman (and his rogues gallery) was street level. When you're dealing with the much more dangerous threats that Batman has dealt with in modern times, I feel like the more advanced segmented armor is needed. For this reason, my favorite Batsuit is the V8.03 suit from Arkham Knight

The Greg Cappulo N52 design is easily my favorite. The black gauntlets are awesome and make perfect sense. The piping down the suit gives the suit depth making it appear thicker and not skin tight latex. The boots mirror the gauntlets, as they should. Just all around, chef’s kiss 😘

JLA batman used to be my go to when thinking about batman, but the arkham came out and brought that style of suit to the next level and in a realistic look which made it the definitive suit for me

Completely objectively, arguably best detective, maybe best "hero" but he has no super powers. He's possible the greatest mind of any non-super powered human but Batman IS NOT A SUPERHERO by definition, he's just a regular guy with a lot of trauma and I've held this opinion since childhood. 🤷 The same way Lex Luther technically isn't a super villain he's just a really messed up guy with a lot of money that think good. Potentially any other person with the same conditions could turn out just like them or better, they have no special genetics, didn't come from any special planet/realm, or get granted any special gifts from somewhere. They're just dudes that are good at a thing.

I don’t like how tactical it looks… don’t get me wrong it’s great for how Pattinson portrayed the character, but I don’t think that Batman should be so tactical. The concept that he doesn’t wear armor just makes him a little bit scarier because he is so confident in his combat skills that he doesn’t need protection to take on an enemy with a weapon.

There has been a black Batman suit in the comics, but uses the accurate yellow oval on his chest. Also, none of the other Live Action Batman suits were copying the Keaton suit… well, maybe the Schumacher Suits but… different level.

My definitive look for Batman will always be the original 2009 Arkham Asylum batsuit mainly because the remaster in 2016 turned the suit to black and grey and the OG 2009 was dark blue and grey and I prefer blue and grey as a Batman color scheme tbh. And the suit itself is just amazing
