“I had a bad day, too. Once.” One of my favorite Batman moments ever. He just cares so fucking much and it makes so much sense why he does because his pain comes from the same place as theirs in that it’s a loss of something familiar and comforting. Something ripped from their hands and they desperately grab onto something in an attempt to reach it again.

THIS version of Batman is still my favourite, where he actually gave a damn and tried to HELP the villains. Later on they just made him broody and edgy, with very little sympathy (can only think of him helping Ace in the Justice League Unlimited series and nothing else).

This is a delightful little episode, which doesn’t just humanize another of Batman’s villains but also shows how dedicated he is to being patient and trying to help them stay reformed.

I lost it at Aaron's complete confusion saying, "What was your plan!?" Hysterical.😂

This is Arleen Sorkin's second favorite episode following "Harley & Ivy."

Love this episode, completely dedicated to the fabulous Harley Quinn! Humanizes her to the point that even Veronica empathized with her

We actually see Bruce blush when he first meets Selena for the first time back in the earlier episodes of the series. I love the episodes that show Batman's compassion. It is great to see Batman comfort Harley at the end.

Lock Up is probably the best episode showing this. Right at the beginning, he immediately takes Crane's pleas for help seriously.

This is my favorite Harley episode. Perfect balance of comedy, action, and tragedy. The episodes where the criminals try to reform are some of the best and that scene with Scarecrow is just greatness 😂

a lot of people always talk about the final scene, and is a great scene, but to me what is perfect part of batman character that other adaptations forget is that begining scene where he offer a handshake to Harley, no distrust no jugment, he she was better and even if he was worry she was gonna fall, i want to belive that he had hope for her future. I know we understand that because the writers need villians, theres no way that any of the rogue gallery are gonna become better people, but i think Batman should always hope that it can happen.

My favourite Harley episode, especially her opinion on Batman's bad day; makes me sad how her future was in DCAU projects. Plus, love how polite Crane was to Harley before going off on one on the Dynamic Duo

My headcanon is that Scarecrow taught Harley before they both became villains since he was a psychology professor and she was a psychiatrist and she specifically calls him Professor Crane.

@@jonasquinn7977 I'm 50% certain that is actual canon... or at least was in one continuity or another. I forget which.

"makes me sad how her future was in DCAU projects" Forgive me if I'm wrong but wasn't it shown at the end of "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker" that Harley eventually left a life of villainy and had a family? I've only just started the DCAU and so I might be wrong, but surely Harley does eventually get reformed?

@ 3:54 On the left, a man takes a swig off a Pepsi can. To his right, another man chugs from a Premiere Protein Shake. Forget Bruce Wayne and Batman. This is the duality I'm here for.

I think this is the episode that made Harley who she is today. If not for this and the episode with Harley and Ivy she wouldn’t have broken into the mainstream.

I'd include "Mad Love".

I just love this episode of Harley so much!! And I've always been such a big fan of how polite Dr. Crane is to her and then he goes back to yelling at Batman.

Best of the villain redemption episodes? I like Birds of a Feather (which also had Veronica Vreeland play a key role funnily enough) but Harley is definitely more sympathetic, resulting in a very wacky Animanics-esque feeling episode when the chase starts.

This is another of my favorite episodes. I felt really bad for Harley, knowing she did her very best to reform, and Arleen's performance was very fantastic. May she Rest In Peace.

You know I always thought it was funny how people reacted to the Hyenas. I mean come on folks, y'all live in Gotham City in a town that's always dealing with masked villains and explosions, but somehow seeing a girl walking Hyenas is the strange thing?
@andrewdiaz352911 ай бұрын
Love how they started talking about Sons of the Forest, right after talking about how the tank steamrolled the entire conversation

They should have told Harley Quinn about security tags. Harley Quinn was about to reform but they made her bad again.
@jp381310 ай бұрын
It would've happened a different way as long as Harley doesn't conform to society's expectations, especially w/ those hyenas around.

This is my favorite episode of the series. Growing up, Harley Quinn was my favorite character in the show, and I had no idea she was an original character. I don't know if it was this episode or Harlequinade that I really started to like her, but it was one of those two.
