To be honest if Bruce timm decided to have a new Batman the Animated Series they would recast Batman I know Kevin Conroy is no longer with us anymore but they need to have a new Batman that could be worthy. It's just like Superman's voice actor George newborn instead of Tim Daly. Tim Daly was the original voice of Superman the animated series but in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited the new voices Superman is George newborn. If they decide to have the second voice Batman they need to be more like dark and serious and more understanding

Sadly there’s been no update, no news, good or bad and nobody continues to work on a series without a network to support it. I’ve never looked forward to anything more than this series. I’m 71 and at the rate this show is progressing, I’ll be in my grave before this airs. Please, somebody prove me wrong!

Not cancelled just stupidly rejected by HBO Max, but production has continued for it apparently. Netflix, Apple TV and Hulu are all interested in it as well from what I can gather. If all that’s true then it’s not dead in the water just yet, but yeah until I looked into it a minute ago I was also under the impression it was cancelled for good.

Batman and Harley Queen was just fine, like the btas, some episodes were more lighthearted and comedic than others, paying amaze to different genres.Hence b&hq is great, for what it is. Also Barbara was not underage when her relationship with Bruce occured. Bruce was on his 30s +and Barbara on her 20s+. And it was meant to be controversial due to their relationship with Dick Grayson.. Likewise with Harley and Dick, both were adults, and it does serve for character development. I like my heroes flawed, and if I d make a hero ultra ideal, I wouldnt pick Batman for that, def not dinni/timm's version for that matter.

Unfortunately I believe this show is probably canceled especially because James Gunn wants to make everything uniform to the movies although he did say elseworlds stories will still exist which is good in the case of this show but I think it'll have one season and that's it. I just can't wait until the original batman from 1939 detective comics #27 becomes public domain. I'd love to see a soulsborne game about batman made from fromsoftware. That's based on the original character. They legally wouldn't be able to use dc comics modern batman so no joker, two face, bat family etc. I miss the original batman who was a killer. A TRUE DARK KNIGHT. 💯

Actually bruce didnt write the Batman Batgirl sex scene another writter who was working with him did yes he's very much aware so he said it was supposed to.feel wrong but bruce didnt write it and if you watch Batman mystery of the batwoman thats in Batman the animated series bruce had nothing to do with and guess what Bruce and Barbara are shipped in it

Lol damn u only trust BT work up until after batman TAS that's only 3yrs the new adventures we're cool especially the 3 part worlds finest episode with superman..Batman was still batman thanks to Kevin conroy... and in 1989 and 1992 Tim Burton redefined batman with a more serious tone away from the 1960s batman and surged popularity and paved the way for BT to create TAS which definitely had some inspiration from the Tim Burton movies
