How about The Punisher. He doesn't have any "powers" like most heroes or any big financial resource like batman or iron man but he gets the job done. He is the most realistic of all the fictional heroes, the most human, the most attainable we could be ,like most special forces. Additional note: most of us just focus on the physical aspect of being a hero. I think we neglect the mental and emotional part of it. Frank Castle being a fictional war veteran wrestled with forms of PTSD, survivors guilt, anxiety. How can we make sure we can perform when our family and friends are in danger? How can we make sure that we can cope with the aftermath of our actions?

This is awesome information but likely to be tough for folks to figure out how to put it all together. If you're going to start training like Batman you have to think intelligently about how to fit everything together, maximize your performance, and lessen the likelihood of overtraining. Some major factors to consider when building your program skeleton are: 1) Needs analysis - What are you going to work on getting better at (i.e. strength, endurance, power, strength endurance, hypertrophy, tactical agility, etc.)? 2) Frequency - How many days a week are you willing to commit to your training. Are you able to get in 2-a-days? Also consider how many weeks you'll use per cycle, think in 2-6 week cycles broken up by 1 week deload periods consisting of low intensity, non-specific activity. 3) Tools - What equipment do you have available? A ruck and a couple of dumbbells or a fully outfitted globogym? Hint: You cannot build max strength in your legs doing air squats. 4) Level of experience - Do you know how to safely utilize the tools available? How well do I know my power lifts, kettlebell and dumbbell work, plyometrics, calisthenics? Do I need instruction first? 5) Exercise selection and order - What exercises will you focus on in each cycle, think specificity. What order are you going to train them in (i.e. powerlifting followed by strength endurance followed by rowing for distance). 6) Weekly breakdown - With the tools, time, space and abilities you currently have, what gets trained on what days of the week and what days do you want/need to rest on? 7) Test yourself - Do you know how to test your max strength, running/swimming endurance, or general work capacity? Once you have this you can then figure out how often you want/need to test self within your cycles. 8) Overload - Your body will only get stronger when certain "stress thresholds" are met. Your human body doesn't care how long you were in the gym or number of days a week you go, only intensity (percentage of your maxes) and duration (how long you're pushing yourself). You'll have to continually push your limits to avoid the common "spinning your wheels" effect most people experience in their training. 9) Training volume - Very important and also fairly in-depth so take some time to educate yourself here. Think in terms of sets X reps. 10) Perseverance - How good are you about prioritizing your training? How bad do you want it because Batman doesn't want it just "kinda bad" or when he's completely rested and well fed. Are you willing to smash your self imposed limitations every training session or do you give up because you looked in the mirror and a decathlete didn't stare back at you? Train Hard

Some Constructive criticism on your punching, punch from your hips, keep your hands up, when you throw a punch bring it right back to your face to protect while you throw the next one. Work on your boxing stance as well. My boxing coach would make us hit one punch 100 times, before moving to another one. Hit the bag with your jab 100 times, then do your straight right 100 times, then do a hook 100 times. Then combine those three 100 times. You’ll be surprised how good of a work out it is while working on technique. Good luck and thanks for the great videos

Don't know man. I think that batman should never do too tiring workouts, since he can't allow himself to be tired during a fight. So I was thinking that maybe he should just work on a full body strength routine 4 times a week, incorporating at the beginning of the workout technical explosive movements ( the pulling phase of the snatch, the pulling phase of the muscle up, power clean and weighted plyo push ups) never reaching failure with like a 3x3 or 4x3, and one exercise of pushing pulling and legs (like you said, with moves that offer multiple benefits at once) with a final accessory exercise. Then the other 3 days cardio/martial arts training. Something like this in my opinion is less stressful to the body and could help achieve better results, if we don't consider aesthetic into the equation.

Does Batman care how he looks? I doubt it. Performance and strength over looks everyday.

In all likelihood that’s what would happen. Bats probably gets a decent amount of exercise out on patrol considering how often he fights and chases people. He probably wouldnt need to spar because he gets into fights every night nor would he need to run since he always chases people. Some weight training and light technical martial arts training would give him what he needs

Remember Batman wears like 75 pounds of armor and still is fast. Im going for resistance training in multiple areas one goal is at least one three finger pull up no cheating. Can do barely one single handly. Batman prolly does a pull up with one finger and water barrels attached to his legs HaHa. Im aiming for endurance and flexabilty for climbing so runs and climbs with weights and limited air masks is the challenge. Not there yet but thats the idealistic goal. Love to hear what other Bio Bros exotic training is and whats its for? Good luck gaining super dudes. This channels awesome and so are the ideas. Edit: How rude of me Bio chicks included.

the armour has hydraulic systems probably so he would have the extra power of the suit to help him maneuve
@funzzzies6 жыл бұрын
D N Hmm well if weight is negated you gotta appaluse his sensitivity in movement. Assuming those hydraulics aid him in his strikes he would be methodical to not twist his body in certain ways nor execute too much force on someone or in a certain direction throwing him overboard. Very shui tho. I actually like that BTAS batman just wore cloth which i found more insane considering you have to trust your skills completely.

Upper body is incorporated by at a much lower %, more like 30%, 15% back and 15% arms.

Batman mainly focusses on " on the job training " like go beat up a pimp or start a fight in a biker club but make sure you wear a disguise like a Wig and fake scar and walk with a fake limp !

I’ve tried it it doesn’t work. Ended up with all my hair pulled out for a real scar and broken leg. Hence the new wig plastic surgery for the scar. And loads of physio for the leg. So don’t really recommend it 😂😂😂😂🏴🏴🏴👌👌👌

I think your "Dynamic Dropsets" is really called "Reversed Pyramid", since you begin with your max rep (changing intervals, like your last max rep +5kg), and you do as much as you can, and then change it back. What I personally do is Pyramid-ReversedPyramid. Starting from low, to ensure no injuries from immediate heavy lifting, going to max rep + 5, then back lower.
