Sometimes he isn't even consistent and the guy doesn't even factor when, where, or why the fight is even happening. Any practitioner of combat in any style will tell those factors means a great deal. You're in the minor leagues of thinking here Bruce. Just like Danco. I pick plenty of heroes to beat Batman. Just not dumb brutes the likes of which he has made a career out of beating the shit out of. Wolverine would fair better than his brother but both are very easy to provoke and are on the low end of IQ levels. Granted, if he knew nothing about them and tried to fight them like they are street thugs, then sure. They would win. That isn't the spirit of this thought exercise though is it? If the rules of engagement were clearer, perhaps there wouldn't be so much disagreement in the comments. I'm over talking about it at this point and these are opinion based some of the time. The funny thing is Danco is known to favor Marvel and still admits this goes to Batman.

I like batman one of my favourite Dc characters, but so overrated, with out Alfred he would of died many times over, and how he heals, let alone heals so quickly from some of his injuries with out healing factor or Lazarus pit is joke, DC writers take so many liberties with him, if he wasn't one of the trinity and kept sales going for over 50 years, if he was introduced today he wouldn't beat a Z villain, let alone a Cap or Spiderman, let alone a stone cold killer with powers (sabertooth)

I think Batman would be skilled and smart enough to contend with Sabretooth however I believe even with those factors, Bruce is done. Sabretooth is on another level. He's bullied xmen members and also regularly beats wolverine. Additionally due to the way Kreed Fights, he literally aims to kill right away and blitzs most opponents who aren't wolverine since he usually has fun taunting Logan. However I think the biggest nail in Batman's no preptime coffin is the healing factor. Sabretooths healing factor is actually superior to Wolverines. One because it's just better, and two because it isn't held back by the same level of adamantium poisoning that Logan deals with. His claws would one shot or at least severely injure Bruce. Bruce in his base arsenal could maybe hold his own if he had prior knowledge of the mutant and spammed his batarangs, however he'd only prolong the inevitable.

This one is probably your easiest fight yet it definitely goes to sabertooth there's no competition. Sabertooth is physically strong enough to match up with wolverine, and yes we've never seen him do any strength beats he's comparable to wolverine so I'm pretty sure he could lift up an elevator with one arm. He's incredibly durable but his feeling factor is the most important thing of all even wolverine said that sabretooth healing factor was better than his and will always be better. He's also incredibly fast able to dodge gunfire and tag wolverine. Finally we have this clause and man oh man they're going to rip through Batman like a knife through hot butter sabertooth wins this fight no problem

A point often left out of Batman fights is that if Batman gets prep time then the opponent should get prep time too. Think through how many fights people said Batman would win with time to prepare, and now rethink that fight giving the opponent the same advantage. Batman still has an advantage, but many of those fights cannot go in his favor. Bruce is smarter than Clark, for instance; but if both have prep time it is hard to fathom Superman losing to Batman if he knows Batman is coming. In like fashion, if Batman can prepare and bring a bunch of cold bombs to the fight, then Sabretooth can bring a bunch of anti-Batman gear to the fight too.

Wolverine and Sabertooth are comparable minus the adamantium. Cherry-picking Batman’s best or specifically tailored gear is not the same as plucking Bruce from Gotham on a random night’s patrol and throwing him into an encounter with his genetic loadout. Just as relying on a very specific strategy that demands a particular location and very specific gadget is not viable in a random encounter. Even with morals off, Sabertooth is physically too much for Bruce here. Creed will be going for the kill from the get go and really not has to get in a few good hits or grab a hold of Bruce once for him to inflict enough injury to turn the tide his way. And the long game is also Victor’s fight to lose. Sabertooth would take this.

The only flaw--indeed a major one-- is that Bats won’t have most of not all of this gear on him. His belt ain’t but so big. If Bats was hunting ST them fine, but any regular encounter, ST will take it every time. Bats needs prep time. Period. Bats will not survive a first encounter with ST. Agree. I remember how Batman once was able to fight against 4 Justice League members without any prep and was only in his Bat-Suit. And defeated 3 of them, until fight was interrupted. He defeated Flash, Wonder Woman and Aquaman, and was able to stagger Martian Manhunter with a punch, until he interrupted the fight. And it was really silly. Normally Flash could beat Batman easily by just blitzing him and punching so fast so Batman just couldn't even react.

I'm sorry friend, but I don't agree. Victor Creed has lived and fought through "who knows how many wars" how many executions? His strength and mutant abilities give him lots of advantages, as; superstrength, high healing factor, superb physical ability, and agility, PLUS, he's a crazy rip to the top killer. He's the most powerful animal in the world but in the mind and body of a superhuman. I'm sorry, but Sabertooth can sense and hear him coming from miles away, giving him the advantage of taking away batman's stealth abilities. He can't take him by surprise. We won't go into the multiple battles. But, If Batman wants to win this one, he has to make sure that Sabertooth doesn't catch him. Cause if he does, If Sabertooth has Batman in his claws, He can fairly easily break Batman's body in two. Even as strong and amazing as Batman is; He's still only Human. That's my opinion. Thanks

I think we need to have a discussion about Batman's "powers", or lack of. You see, even though I know it's a fantasy story about a fictional comic book character, I still need it to make sense. I know the common explanation is, he's just a normal guy who trained himself to the peak of his potential. Who uses his brains and plans for every possible scenario, and uses his limitless fortune to finance things like his orbital space platform and satellite network, multiple secure bases all over the planet, and an arsenal of weapons powerful enough to take out Superman and Darkseid. Ok, I get all that. But when they're standing toe to toe throwing haymakers at each other, you've given Batman the win over Spiderman , Cap and Wolverine. lol You've even given Batman the win over Galactus. I mean, what's the point of being bitten by a radioactive spider, or having molten adamantium poured over your bones, if a normal guy, with no powers, who is just really smart and a really good fighter, can get in the ring with you and kick your ass? If Batman can do all that, then he must be shooting Batserum or something. These guys are strong enough to throw pickup trucks around, but Batman, with no powers can punch them in the jaw hard enough to knock them out? What I'm saying is, if Batman can do that, then he must have powers. Super martial arts mental mastery or something, or the Gothodeamon, or that bat creature that comes to him in visions sometimes. Without a healing factor or some other way to fix himself up, after all his injuries, Bruce Wayne would be hooked on opioids by now.

Not exactly. The problem with Sabortooth is he needs people to stand near him to use his claws. And he does things the same way with charging at people. Its just one approach. And Batman is trained to stop rushed attacks and knows how to counter them. And while Batmans 127 fighting styles and nerve strikes might slow Creed down thats not the only way he beats foes. Keep in mind Batman can spot Creed a long distance away using his cowl modes and plan attacks. And when blunt force fails he can he use many things like flash gernages, electronic baterangs, ultra sonics, freeze guns and knock out gasses and more which will def have a effect on Creed. Combined with he can call in the batwing and batmobile which do have missles and gun fire and other weapons that can take their damage on Creed. Yes Creed can heal up but he can only take so much damage. And Creed cant hit what who isnt in front of him. Once open space and distance comes into the fight Creed will have to find another way to stop Batman by using methods that he normally wont use much.

This fight, with no prep for either characters would easily go to sabertooth. Batman does not have anything in his arsenal that can put down sabertooth, and keep in mind that comic book sabertooth is even more Lethal than Wolverine, and even has a better healing factor. With Batman’s no killing rule, there is nothing he can do stop sabertooth if this is a first encounter. (Sabertooth is basically an unhinged Wolverine, he is what Logan could’ve became if he didn’t end up finding a family with the X-men) a lot of you should seriously read up on sabertooth, he is a lot more powerful than you think

this is not even fair, Sabretooth will win this in any scenario you put these two characters. Sabretooth have animal instinct > to any or all martial art technique (no amount of martial art is enough when a man fights a tiger), he is alot much stronger, more experienced in combat, a century of experience in killing, stealth, planning, fought in wars, more agile, healing factor, super senses, faster, etc. If Batman is smart enough he will bring his super friends. 1 v 1 Batman lose everytime. The thing with Sabretooth that wasny mentioned; he is feral. Often in battle he goes bezerk and can not be predicted, that mixed with superstrength and a healing factor makes it impossible for Batman. He wont be able to figure Sabretooth out before he kills him.
