Now all those guys are locked up or dead and it's just little kids running around shooting all over the place because of instagram beefs. It aint just the more urban part of BR, that life style has always extended out to parts of the country areas around BR, Laffy, Shreve, Nola, etc. Edit to add: I am sure that is just about anywhere though I can only speak for La. People was getting hit up in the "jigga city" days but damn bring that back at least people was jiggin and friendly long enough to make it home before the shooting started.

I live in a city near a small town. When I lived in that small town, I got drug dist charges. They took me in the garage attached to the jail in the winter, sprayed me with water, and one officer took the boot on of his shoe and drug it down my legs ripping the hair out. They put a spit mask on me and sprayed me more. All because I wouldn’t give them info that I didn’t know and wouldn’t tell them if I did. I did almost 10 years in prison and got no bond while waiting. I tried to take it to a lawyer but there was no proof. They had no cameras in the garage and I was just a criminal to them. I had no recourse. Cops should be paid well but also have actual responsibility for their actions and both should be equal.

@5:25 - I grew up around the poorest part of the state of Louisiana , according to the list (West Shreveport)..I see Shreveport contains #1, #4 & #5 poorest areas..hard to believe considering places like Morehouse parish (next to Ouachita parish) are even more run down than Baton Rouge or Shreveport will ever be, & also have high crime rates despite the small populous ....Louisiana isnt safe in ANY part of the state; dont believe me? Enroll in Grambling for a year.. talk about content- Imagine Trap going to Grambling lol....another fact: the top 3 major cities in Louisiana have a higher AA % of population than Caucasian % (NOLA, BR, the Port)..remember, we are the city/state that coined the word RATCHET as slang for behavior(before then, a ratchet was a pistol lol)& right next door to the Port is one of the safest areas in Louisiana- Bossier City( 63% of the residents are white)
