Thanks. That ties in with 95% of all battery life tests that show the iPhone 16PM well clear of the S24U. I have noticed on the latest iOS 18.1 beta 5 battery life is significantly better and maybe we can increase that margin. I have been getting 2-3% overnight drain (8 hours) on my 15 Pro Max. And easily getting two days with around 3-4 hours SOT per day (15PM). Mind you, for most average users, battery life is fantastic on most phones and although the iPhone pushing to new heights is great, that would not put me off the S24U, which still does great. And the S25U on the same 3nm-Gen2-TSMC, I am sure that will close the gap on the 16PM.

As well Mr who's the Boss did use a brand new s24 ultra. Kinda misleading if you test a new battery against a phone that was in use for 8 months right

He used one that had the apps in deep sleep mode, i.e once an app closed it stops running in the background which saves a ton of battery since it meant only one app was running at the time, the s24u actually has learning pattern usage where it learns the user's usage and adapted its performance accordingly Source: I have a s24

You cannot possibly measure Pixel 9 Pro XL's stat based on accubattery that is insanely wild. A video playback purely relies on display efficiency especially when Pixel 9 Pro has the newest M14 material set panel. Tough one for Pixel but def not accurate measurement.

If you look at the s20 ultra and other iPhone competitors 5000 Samsung and it performs much worse iPhone competitors even less battery and better today s24 5000 and iPhone 4600

A big reason for the S24 doing better in MrBoss video is because he actually set the screen brightness to the same actual brightness not to the same percentage setting. You can clearly see It is way brighter than the other phones.
