Very interesting. If the scooter was working with the battery could a circuit similar to this be used to put power back into the battery (Maybe when going downhill or in breaking) I dont know if they already do this?

High current 18650s 👍 that was probably just the onboard bms it disconnects the output at like 3v to prevent damage, I've got a few of these packs I run my 110v angle grinder from 3 in series sometimes 😂👍👍👍👍😎
