Y'all notice how none of the kids look like their "dad" or mom but share features with Uncle Arthur. Also there are only 5 bloody snowmen. The snowman represents how many people have died, one didn't pop up when "mom" was taken. In the cookie scene you'll see that each cookie represents one of the characters. Not one of the cookies share features with the mom. The only one left is the burnt one. I actually thought it was supposed to be the baby at first because Uncle Arthur said "that came out imperfect" or something. The mom also perfectly matches the silhouette of the demon outside the window. So I've got a theory that the demon possessed the mom long before and something about the baby triggered it's awakening. Maybe a disability. Funny sidenote this would also suggest some demon got they cheeks clapped.

Film explained: Sofia wants two frontal teeth for Christmas, and as she sings her song, a jumpscare pops up with a message that translates to: “Wear his skin. Burn her. Take his eyes. Rip his arms. Take her jaw. Eat. Eat. Eat” Then, Sofia asks her father to mail her Christmas letter for her. As he puts it in the mailbox, he encounters a demon that takes over his body. While everyone was asleep, the mother went outside to look for Martin only to be burned by the same demon that took over Martin. The next day, Uncle Arthur told the kids Martin was sick, but that he got Sofia her present, which was actually the baby, Ava, all along inside the present box. Uncle Martin then gives out cookies, but the cookies symbolize the family (the mother was the burnt cookie). After Uncle Arthur took the kids to bed, he got his eyes pulled out by the demon. Next day, Sofia and Henry try looking for Uncle Arthur, and the clip with the 5 dolls represents the family, with a deformed-looking baby popping out at the end, representing Ava. While Sofia was sleeping, Henry got killed by the demon and probably got his arms ripped off, since that’s what the message said. Sofia then wakes up to a “crying Ava” which was actually a trap for the demon to kill Sofia by ripping her jaw open. And finally, everyone dies. Including the baby in the box. (Well, that’s the most sense I can make of it. Also, I didn’t figure this out all on my own… I used the help of the comments to guide me to this theory. Hope this helped you guys to understand the film more.)

Thanks that was very great but now I’m gonna tell you the actual real Canon story and what actually happened. Sophia‘s father whose name is Martin owns a toy store and long story short people criticized his toys by not looking realistic enough and Martin took it very serious To such an extent that he made a deal with the devil to Help him make more real life like toys and by making the deal with the devil the devil granted him special powers by skinning People and then Stuffing them into poppet/any Humanoid like toy. So although this was left out from the Canon version of Harmony and Horo there were eight other people and the dog that you would see in Macy’s room named Bonzo who he did it on First. But The more and more he killed and converted real souls into toys the more demonic he Got as the devil consumed him more and more and then he eventually kills every one of his family members Including his infant Ava.

I found something interesting here: 12:44 She stops pounding on the door when she sees her father and the music stops as well, but instead of getting scared of his mangled form she simply says “Daddy?” Even though she can see clearly that he is a monster. This may imply that she sees her father as a safer person than her mother, even before they became monsters, perhaps something happened between her and her mother that made her stop seeing her as a safe person? This may just be because she interacted more with her father in this video than she did her mother (excluding monster mother), in contrast, she screamed “YOU’RE NOT MY MAMA!” when she saw her mother. Actually, I think I figured out something, she may see her father as less of a monster then her mother, and made her think that maybe her father still is normal.

I love how well-foreshadowed Ava being in the box was. In the beginning, Sophia says she’s bundled up like “a cute little Christmas present”. When Arthur gives Henry the box, he’s notes that it’s “rather heavy”. We never see Ava again until we see her in the same box (same red paper with green ribbon). Really subtle and brilliant 👏🏽

@Isabella Martino That’s actually wrong, the weird glitch letter thing actually told us all their deaths in order. (Dvzi srh hprm, yfim svi, gzpv srh vbvh, irk srh zinh, gzpv svi qzd, vzg vzg vzg.) It was atbash. It translated to “wear his skin, (1st death: dad) burn her, (2nd death: mom) take his eyes, (3rd death: Arthur) rip his arms, (4th death: Henry) take her jaw, (5th death: Sophie) eat eat eat. (Last death: Ava) But there’s also more evidence to back my theory up. At the beginning of the video, Henry mentions that his hands are “practically freezing off” which could possibly relate to his arms being ripped off. Also, in the video “Henry.mp4” if you turn on closed captions, it says “I think I ripped his arm off” which obviously relates to Henry’s death here. But you can believe what you want :)

Ok, what i gathered by watching this is: A demon started stalking a family, with the objective of taking their souls and transforming them in twisted versions of them as punishment for something (don't know if the demon is just doing this because he wants or because he has unresolved business with one of the family members: the dad, the mom or the uncle and he came to take what "belongs" to him), we can see him at 1:05 at the left window and we can have a closer look of him at 1:12, maybe watching the daughter and with a sadistic smile, thinking about what kind of torture she could do to her. While he is planning what to do, she starts singing about wanting her two front teeth, thus giving him an idea of how to kill her. Later, she gives her letter for Santa to her dad, when the dad goes to put her letter in the mailbox, the demon posses him and make him walk into a forest until night time comes, the father, confused, while trying to find an exit, it's attacked by the demon and killed, but the demon doesn't "converts" him yet, instead he posseses his body and walks him home, pretending to be the father and that he is "sick". After the daughter goes to sleep, at some point during the night, the demon attacks the mother and while she is dying, she calls for help, but nobody hears her, the daughter has a nightmare about this, the next day, the daughter find her mom in the hallway (she is not seeing her mother like the twisted monster like in 5:44, her mother is in reality in her "normal" look, in a catatonic state with the Thousand-yard stare, standing in the hallways doing nothing), weirded out by how her mother seems to stare at her without doing nothing, she just excuses herseft to the living room After she goes to sleep, the demon attacks the uncle and kills him The next morning the demon uses the uncle body to lure Henry to him, when Henry enters the room, he finds the twister form of his mother and father and is killed by them, when night falls, the demon sends the mother to kill the daughter but stops, maybe because he is planning to use the parents to torture her the next morning Christmas finally arrives, the daugher is panicking because her sister is crying and she can't find her or her family, she is lured to a room, were she encounters the twisted forms of her parents waiting for her, then, they proceed to torture her by slowly ripping her lower jaw away (what the demon planned in the begginning), the demon, satisfied, decides to kill the baby, and keeps the family as slaves to accomplish his sadistic plans to whoever is stupid enough to dare defy him...

What if this is another punishment but by a different cause since there is two different half’s to martin one half we have already seen in what went wrong martin aka the toy maker made a deal with the devil to make the perfect toy but he was punished because the children were terrified by the twisted version of banzo and at the end the devil does something to Martin we don’t know what happened to him because it cut off right at the end but something bad happened to him as punishment. And now in this video it may not be a demon stalking them it may be the devil stalking them and this time Martin did not make a deal with the devil and Martin did not turn any of his family members into the twisted version of themselves but instead the devil did.
