Funny thing is, I don't remember that one as a British PSA. I saw it as an extended education video. I remembered the class laughing their ass off cuz before kid no.2 ran after kid no.1, he himself was watching and ignoring an education video of a long montage of kids getting electrocuted. The simple reason why the Game *Boy* did better than the Game *Gear* is because while the latter had better hardware (due to literally being a handheld Sega Master System, to the point that it could actually play most of its games with the help of a bulky cartridge adapter), the former was more affordable for the average consumer, lasted longer on less batteries and had better software. (Super Mario Land, Zelda: Link's Awakening, Kirby's Dream Land, Metroid II, Tetris, etc.)

Trust me critic. As a Brit I can guarantee that electrocution advert is tame compared to some other psas I suffered through when I was a kid.
