I can imagine Christopher Belmont jamming to this beat while casually walking at half a kilometer per hour.

love the detunes, echoed and off beat notes, reverbish feel, I used to 'adding it in my head' to the original version as a kid, makes it real rhythmical

I'd love to hear a version of this using Castlevania III samples as well.

This is really nice. Another nice recreation was done by Jeffrey Montoya for the Lecarde Chronicles series done by Migami Games.

This theme is definitely at home for Simon's Quest, or any of the 8-bit games! You did an awesome job with the arrangement to one of my favourite themes in the Castlevania series! Brilliant work! - Jon

This is freaking amazing man. Awesome job. If you can do the same with some of the Game Boy Mega Man titles, like the first 2 games, that would be awesome. Gremlins 2 for GB also had some typically great Sunsoft music.

Don't you mean Trevor? I am a Castlevania fan myself and it's just gets on my nerves when people get details wrong. I don't care if that was his name in japan, Ralph as a name for Trevor is technically and aestheticly incorrect.

It doesn't matter if you're "a true Castlevania fan." You are in no position to tell people that they're "wrong" for calling Trevor Ralph and letting that "get on your nerves" in vain. That's the name that was originally given to Trevor, so it's not "incorrect," and there's nothing you can say or do that will change that. If you "don't care if that was his name in japan," you don't care about facts.
