Just looking at the video, the noodles on the Amazon seemed to collapse when they were wet. Also, the dark grey hides dirt. You can't look and see if the mitt is dirty.

This CG wash mitt was put to test against other brands and types several months ago in Detailing Magazine (UK). Same dirt used on all test panels. The CG one left virtually no scratches. Mine has been going strong for over a year. Whereas my Target one fell apart. It’s a quality product no doubt.

Good video, I have recently bought a Grant's microfiber wash mitt that is a 70/30 blend. If i were to get another mitt i would probaby go with Chemical Guys

The CG wash mitts are a good buy for the quality and they last a long time too. Even available in store in Canada (Canadian tire). I either use these or the Griot’s chenille wash pad.

pls don’t use hot water for anything microfiber. it melts over a certain temperature.

Microfiber will not melt at residential hot water temperature, it’s actually beneficial as it will help loosen dirt of the microfiber better than cold water would. The dryer on the other hand will damage the microfiber and melt it if used on high temperature setting. That’s why it’s recommended to use low heat setting or air dry the towels.
