Hi Pan… Enjoy all your videos, you are a great communicator. What works for me… My wash setup is an Active 2.0 and Active short gun with a Griot’s Boss cannon. My wash mitt is a cyclone and use P&S Pearl. After washing, dry with Ego 730 blower. Then park car in garage and use P&S Bead maker sprayed on a Autofiber Mr. Everything microfiber towel to apply. The next morning, just soap down with cheap ArmorAll car wash + Ceramic. I do not rinse off with high pressure but use the foam cannon that is empty of soap to rinse. Blow dry again. Any residue left from soap I buff out with Mr Everything. Sounds like a lot but the steps are really easy.

Ive been using the 10x10 cyclone pad and 2 hand mitts w/ one bucket (Apex detail method). I bought a single hand mitt from TRC bit this one feels more coarse. I kicked that one to the side. I wanted to see the hype in the expensive Incredimitt so i bought one. Seems a little softer than the Cyclone and the obvious a thinner pad in the center. Also im waiting the the very cheap 9x9 sponge offered by luxury microfiber. Curious on how all 3 compare.

Nice vid, but I have read to wash micro fiber in hot water to expand the microfiber to release the dirt and then dry cool? But he said warn or cool to wash can this be explained correctly please? Thanks
@Since-18836 жыл бұрын
Christopher Engell , hot washing can have the same negative effect as hot drying which it can damage the fibers. I personally double wash all my towels. I do a hand wash/rinse in a bucket with APC and then a quick cycle in my machine washer. All warm water, towels come out great. Same process for cheap and expensive towels.
@PanTheOrganizer6 жыл бұрын
Here’s my video on how to clean microfiber towels: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZOqZHtjesqNY9U You can use hot water as long as you know the temperature of your water heater. It can’t be hotter than 140 degrees. Most household boilers are set at that temp or higher so you run the risk of melting the microfibers. Use a luke warm setting.

LOVE your channel Pan but this part of detailing drives me nuts. The difference between result of microfibers is crazy minimal outside of drying. To me you buy a nice drying towel, 20 edgeless average microfibers and move on. I like 12 of one color and 8 of another because i dont enjoy thinking but doesnt matter. You dont need 5 at 600, 5 at 700, 5 at 800, 5 at 900, 5 at 1,000, 5 at 1,100 and so on. I feel like the manufacturers are just making it difficult so people buy everything.

Why it looks as Rag Company copied all products and colors from Microfiber Madness, even the pad developed by Matt Moreman?
@PanTheOrganizer4 жыл бұрын
The Rag Company doesn't copy anybody. They have their own microfiber production facilities that they work with in South Korea and China, and work closely with those factories to create products they think are needed on the market. It's a great company. Matt could tell you more about both companies, as he is a supplier for both brands.

@@PanTheOrganizer I mean, they offer same products for wash, same colors, grey for wheels mitt and blue for paint mitts, even close dimensions , same type of wash mitts, pads, I only knew of Microfiber Madness selling microfiber pads, Matt developed with them XL one, now both sell the XL Pad. Well here in Spain we say "if it's white , and it comes in a bottle....." It doesn't mean it's a mediocre company , I use their towels and I will buy the microfiber pad and I consider it a great company. It's Samsung a bad company? I say no, but they all copied iphone. If Microfiber Madness was first with all these products and you are second you are copying its range of products. No offense intended.
