Battle Of The Undead: Tomb Kings Vs Vampires - Warhammer The Old World Battle Report S01E05

A couple of rules/errors.
The Vampire army has one too many lords for 2000 points , we noticed this after the game , oops.
The Tomb King scorpions should be on a 50x50 mm base , we have rebased them to 75x50 now.
But we have uploaded the game anyway , enjoy.

28:30. Hopefully you aren't giving extra rank for shooting/improved los from shooting either if that doesn't block los :) at which point why even have it? Tow not having tlos is one of the best things over aos/40k imo

Great work on thus battle report. Very clearly shown and well narrated. I still think that the initial animation of each video does no justice to the content. The music starts with good vibes but it is suddenly abbrupted. The transition to the start of the report could be slower and feel more natural

Great battle report! Love the scorpions, even if they're on the wrong sized base. They did pretty well at the end there, to get the vampire. Your poor hierophant, got bullied for most of the game! Don't feel too bad about the bone giant, these things happen in Warhammer! I will mention that apart from having one Ghoul King too many, Ghoul Kings are only allowed to have up to 75 points of magic items instead of the full 100 vampire counts get, so the fellow on the terrorgheist can't have both the ogre blade and the Talisman of Protection (though he could rock a giant blade and still have multiwound). Otherwise, fantastic batrep! Keep 'em coming!

You might already know but you can try dispels spells in play and then if you try do its easier, only against caster number of the spell. You dont get the defending wizard bonus on spells remain in play only the offensiv wizard that try dispels has his wizard bonus

I agree you can dispel "remains in play" spells , but some spells have a duration and once they are cast, they stay for the duration. I think you can only try and dispel the spells that labeled " remains in play" ?

If a unit makes a failed charge it moves directly towards the target a distance equal to the result of the Charge roll, wheeling as required. This means if you roll a 2 and 4 for your charge roll you move 4" 4" being the "charge roll" See the example on page 121
