Really great video Zealous! A few more things to note/highlight. - When you are solo, never stop moving. If your tank is sitting still, you are going to die from C4 or a half-map RPG shot. The only exception is when you are well within friendly territory camping a hill. Even so keep an eye around you. Eventually you will kill someone who will make it their purpose to knock you off that hill. - When you aren't solo, the top gun is significantly more effective when you aren't moving. I have often found that stopping in an area crowded with enemies so that my top gunner can help me clean up is sometimes safer than trying dodge rockets. - Don't underestimate the value of a good spotter/commander. Getting callouts from someone with a thermal camera has saved me dozens of times. - Coordinate your cannon and machine gun reloading. You don't want to be caught in a situation where you are reloading both and have no way of dealing with someone in an emergency. - Roadkills are a great way of dealing with people directly infront/behind trying to put C4 on you - RPG engineers breed like rabbits. If there is 1, there are 2 more. If there are 2, there are 20 more. I call them "RPG Bunnies" - Tanks have interesting tread physics, and extreme climbing capabilities. If you're in a tight situation, try using the side of your track with a bit of forward speed to push yourself up on objects. If done carefully a tank can drive on paths that are half it's width, you can get it sideways on walls to go between buildings if you have a slight ramp on one side to get one of your treads in the air, and it can climb up walls taller than itself. - Sometimes retreating is more dangerous killing the enemy. RPGs give players range, and unless you have excellent cover and a good retreat path then it is sometimes safer to take out the players attacking you before you leave, rather than just turning tail and bolting. Keep in mind that playing ultra aggressively is a viable long-game tactic, provided you can balance everything extremely well. People are scared of tanks, especially when they burst through a wall and wipe out half their squad, you can use this to your advantage. Just keep in mind the more aggressively you play, the more you have to pay attention to where your friends are, your path of retreat, your health, and make sure that you don't stop moving. Thanks Zealous for the video. There are a lot of tankers that make common mistakes, hopefully this video will get some traction!

Nice job for doing a vehicle video! Okidoki has said that he doesn't want vehicles to be oppressive so I guess they will be easy to destroy in the future too. I think that C4s make the vehicle play a bit too frustrating but with proper movement and strategies they can be a menace.

Gonna have to go through and watch the dev streams at some point to get a better idea on the direction of the game

Yeah man, vehicle play in battlebit is so much fun. I'm a big fan. Didn't know about stopping with space bar, I'll try that out next time
