Very timely (Actually a little late) this video fell into my inbox. I had this problem and did the exact opposite, not knowing what was causing it. As you note, you can't power through it. I'll do better next time because of this video.

So if I have KV and UA are you saying 100 kv and adjust the UA ?

Well, that depends. I know that 's a terrible answer but for most single coat applications with a gun that allows for fine tuning, you would be fine. However, sometimes you may not want your kV all the way to 100. For example, you may want to make adjustments to both for finessing the powder into tight spaces with good transfer efficiency.

We could deep dive that. Have you had trouble with any other Epoxy powder or just the Primer?
