They bust like crazy - my kid plays in college, he’s busted 3 already this season and doesn’t even use them in practice. Just games. He uses the free warrior sticks they get for practice. These sync always bust around week 5-6 right after the 30 day warranty runs out. His Geo made it though the entire season last year. I don’t know if it’s a bad batch, some defect or just the way they are made now.

Of course you will buy the Sync...have you tried to find a Geo in the past year...next to impossible. At the hockey store I work at in Canada we were recommending the Sling as it was/is the same shaft design just with a big hole in the blade

I’m joining a beer league this fall to play for the first time. I got the Nexus E5 pro. Not quite the Sync, but I think it’s more than enough for a newbie. I’ll probably go for a Sync once I develop more as a player.

Its pretty much the geo in a different skin. The E5 pro uses the exact same tech as the Geo.

Eah save your money man. E5 is more durable, I have on good word the E5 has been performing as one of bauer most durable stick in the last couple years

@@laronda10 has a lot to do with the tighter weave pattern. I find sticks with the high K counts to be much less durable. My newer 25K Carbon Fiber Sherwood TMP1 blade is falling apart while my 3k Warrior Covert QRE30 and 6k CCM Ribcor 6 Team sticks still look immaculate.

sync was a 70 flex and the geo was an 87 flex. . . . that will make a difference in release

DO NOT BUY the nexus sync Bauer. Very weak. Expensive garbage -3 of them(one under warranty) in 3 months. Never had issues like this before.
