If I may go off on a tangent, the other day I was listening to old nostalgic Canadian hits and found out that Eddie Cibrian was in a boy band called 3deep that was only successful in Canada. He does the requisite corny Boys II Men-style spoken word bridge. Griff has soundtracked so many weddings that I've attended. What a wonderful world we live in.

Teague being so confident that it couldn't be the Chupacabra suggests that he *knows* what is happening on all the assignments he sends Mitch on.Which itself suggests that he trying to demonstrate the supernatural to Mitch in order to get him to spread the word or something. But that got cut from the last episode of Baywatch proper, so I guess it's not going so well.

I kinda like how Teague is just willing to walk into a contaminated building. He's either willing to die so that his shadowy organization can find a cure by testing him, or is so confident in his own abilities to find the cure he's just willing to infect himself for extra motivation. Or he's not human. Also, I love that he knows whenever there's a case like this Mitch finds a solution, but he thinks Teague is full of shit and will never help him willingly, so he lies to him. Hell, maybe he was hoping one of them gets infected to force Mitch to cooperate.

Wow. On a rewatch, it seems like the majority of the episode takes place December 12th. The episode was released in mid January 1997. So presuming the episode took place in the close past rather than the relatively distant future, Mitch Von Malibu, Darryl S. Teague, Angie Harmon and I'm Griff were going through all of this on the exact day I was born. December 12th, 1996.
