Just لذيذ Salaam, within the Indian/Pakistani/Bengali community Khan is a very common surname. This is probably why you recognise it a lot. Of course the name itself might have some history linked with leaders/rulers in the past. May Allah grant all Muslim names elevated status in both worlds Ameen.
@mohammedkhan4046 жыл бұрын
Just لذيذ The name Khan means leader or chief, and the original Khans have high status and a powerful history. The people who are Khans are from these areas: Pakistan , Afghansitan but the name originally comes from Ghengis khan. Khans from area's other than these countries are either fake Khans or immigrated/migrated from these areas.
@learningadab6 жыл бұрын
Mohammed Khan I have heard of some of the history behind the name; not sure it's fair to label some people as 'fake' Khans, they must have some ancestors who originally were linked with leaders/rulers of some kind. Commonly nowadays it's true, many with the surname are migrants back from those countries and have settled in foreign lands.

In our lives we feel so entitled to always get what we want, that we forget that actually we are slaves to Allah (SWT). Remember, Allah expects us to do our part completely in becoming righteous and then leave the outcome to him for he bestows whatever that is good for me in return with his rehmah and barakah. I'm always more than satisfied when he rewards me and takes care of me therefore i don't need to concern myself with the 'what' blessings i would get and would they even suffice me? He knows and i do not know. BarakAllah feekum
