I've learned a lot from this video. Firstly, food can change our mood and alter our brain chemistry. Secondly, eating a balanced diet provides us the complement of vitamins and minerals. Thirdly, we need to do batch cook instead of eating fast food despite its convinence.

This video is very helpful. I learned a lot of information and vocabulary about how we can feed our brain. - A sugar rush is when someone feels very excited and full of energy after eating a lot of sugar. - The sperm whale has the biggest brain, weighing 8 kilos. - A balanced diet is eating good food to stay healthy. - "20 minutes flat" means exactly 20 minutes. - When someone goes low on something, It means they have a little of it. - Rainbow rules mean eating food of different colors with plenty of leafy greens. - Superfood refers to very nutritious foods like Alaskan salmon, which is considered a very expensive type of food that the super-rich buy. - Batch cooking means cooking a lot of food at the same time, usually by freezing it. - If I were to describe someone as sharp, it means they are intelligent. - Pre-made food is easy, but it's not considered good for health.

Today i’ve learned a very interesting fact that sperm whale has the most weighing brain, up to 8 kilos which is unbelievable and extremely intriguing. How to feed your brain? You can adopt a balanced diet, eating more leafy green vegetables and eat fruit and vegetables of all colours. What more, stop eating pre-made, processed, altered food is vital. Although chucking it in the microwave seems easy and convenient, you can still batch cook or do your brain boosting meal in 20 minutes flat.

As you have mentioned, I am also aware that I tends to get a sugar rush after having sweet food, and headache after that. So now I'm trying to cut down food with high level of sugar and adopt balance diet to keep the brain healthy and well-functioned. Lately I ingests more leafy green vegetables and fruits, nuts and salmons rather than food containing too much sugar and oils, which I used to have. Instrad of having pre-made, processed or altered food, you can batch cook food and prepare it by adding brain boosting ingredients in 20 minutes flat.

I have eaten too much sweets that now I experience sugar rush. I now can complete all of my task 30 minutes flat which is unusual and my mind is shaper than usual. Despite that, I think I should have a balance diet. I need to go low on the amount of sweets and fried snack that I consume on the daily basis. To easier conform to a balance and healthy lifestyle, I may aim for batch cooking.

Such a great topic I have listened today. I am totally agree with your point. First of all in my opinion we are what we eat. Fruits and sweets really can boost our mood and give some energy. Balanced diet is such a good idea to keep stay fit. I have heard that balanced diet is good for our body. It can reduce stress pain in stomach and regular work in there. Balanced diet consists of fruits, vegetables and meat I think. I want to know more about balanced died recipes on KZbin. Thanks BBC for that video🙌
