In a separate video, the description says: "I would guess that the actual fault was one that has happened previously whereby all the pre-set camera moves and automation of videos to play out was lost. I am guessing this is what happened as once the bulletin did start, the robotic cameras didn't do any of their usual fancy moves, where everything was most likely on manual.". So chances are the team in the background were probably panicking and had to fall back on doing everything manually.
