They are charging ₹1200 for gown and cap and ₹650 was only for the degree certificate. Is the dress code mandatory? I mean can one wear anything that he/she wants to?

So much confusion regarding this pls confirm me one thing its a request dec 2023 mae mene 650 pay ki 2nd convocation ke liye but i guess uss time convocation nhi huaa thaa jan 2024 so that this time convocation is started in jan 2025 , muhje sirf degree chyie kya wo muhje 2nd convocation mae mil jygaa nn pls clear this first and yeh graduation ki degree bbmku dhanbad m hi milge mere session hh 2019-22 ki hh
