BBQ Ribs in the #airfryer
Steam for 2 minutes with one cup water
Airfry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees then add sauce and airfry for 4-5 minutes so the sauce sticks to the ribs.
4 pounds spare ribs or baby back ribs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoons all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoons blended green seasoning ( link to video below)
1 tablespoon water
• GREEN SEASONING RECIPE...
Sauce
1/2 cup strained cooking juices or stock of any kind
1/4 cup kitchen sugar free or regular
1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 -2 tablespoons sugar I use lakanto ( you can use regular) or store bought bbq sauce.
