Man, from the start, never seeing your channel before, I was pretty sceptical, watching all cockeyed. Though in many ways unorthodox, you followed through, blew my mind and created not only a couple beautiful burgers but a whole lot of new open minds. Damn it's 8:30 in the morning and I'm now salivating over what has to be the best looking burger I've ever seen. Thank you. 🙏 Subscribed

Thanks so much for the great comment and thanks for subscribing. Hope you checked out the volcano potato and bacon cheeseburger onion rings. There both really good. Thanks again.

They look really good but in my opinion it shouldn't take 30 minutes or more to make two hamburgers on a grill. Not a method I would follow.

That's a great burger! I am a huge fan of using fresh steak and I grind them myself too. Subscribed... hopefully you will enjoy the the recipes on my channel enough to do the same.

Cool some people freak out grinding up a steak but if they knew what was in the ground beef they buy I don't think they would even eat it. Just subscribed to your channel and it looks cool. First thing on the trailer in the grinder. Nice!

Thanks my man! You're the burger master. A good cut of meat makes a burger so much better. Wonder what we're really eating in the pink goop processed meat? Hummm...Do we really want to know?

Now this is an awesome burguer recipe. I end up here after looking at several top chef prepare simple grinded meat with just salt and pepper at the top claiming that's the secret. C'mon man, does it needs a recipe for a burger made that way? . I have try several ways to build the meat. And my last try was something similar to this. Just handed chopped good meat with some seasoning inside. I am glad to find this. Your hamburguers looks amazing and I think that this way really brings something different to the table. Congratulations and thank you for sharing.

Sorry, but that's an absolute waste of a beautiful Ribeye steak. That steak had a beautiful spinalis dorsi and you just chopped it up for a freaking burger. I'm sure it was delicious but...... really?? Whatever.

How lovely to have such an informative BBQ video, roll on Spring, Summer hopefully vaccines will have worked.
@Gk2003m3 жыл бұрын
1:50: no! Do not add salt into the meat! Doing so will draw out the juices, but leave the fat.... salt should only be on the outside of the burger, just before you put it over your hardwood fire. And if you have good quality meat, you don’t want to add all those powders into the burger. And a good trick to hold them together is to form them, then put them in the freezer for 45 minutes. I do love your cooking method.
@mjojco4 жыл бұрын
Only change I would make is to remove the large garden salad from the first burger and replace with another patty and cheese, but good looking burgers.

those patties you made looked fantastic. I think they were so good that you should have had them in a bun on their own with nothing else so that you would have been able to fully appreciate the great flavour they would have had. all the stuff you added into your burger were not required. the meat would have been king on its own
@TheBarbecueShow6 жыл бұрын

Well mine just seems mediocre now. I just use season salt and Worcestershire sauce in the meat, with gouda cheese, and a garlic bread inspired bun. With the fixings of course per guest.

Awesome! Ask him what cuts are in the process ground beef? Oh it's anything that can't be sold as a cut of beef for cows that can't be sold for steaks. Ex Dairy cows. To get the best you start with the best.

IT definitely will be delicious. but it too big for all normal mouthed people. What do you think chef?

It's a little less than 8 oz precooked weight. So it's the same amount of meat in a double quarter ponder and people have no problem eating them. Feel free to adjust to patty size to your liking and just use this as a outline. Have fun!

With any half decent cut if works great. Ground meat goes threw the grinder to tenderize the mystery parts as they mix but it's not needed with a half decent cut to start. Have fun and play around.
