Another BCA bargain, should be a good profit. I would be tempted to swap the seats for standard and flog them. People will bite your hand off for those seats.

I finally got the handbrake fixed in my 500 , using a genuine OEM part mobile mechanic only charged £80 where as a garage wanted like £170 so why on earth the huge price discrepancies ? Anyway now that everything's been fixed I'm looking to sell mine for £2 grand and it must be worth that 2013 plate in a rare yellow colour with service history Mot Air con , Electric windows and mirrors , Alloy Wheels the Panoramic roof as its a lounge model , had its gearbox and clutch fixed too but sadly car dealers in my area are conmen one offered me a grand for it so i told him where to go lol Also i wish my lounge had the full leather seats as ive got those awful half cloth seats and they stain terribly , spilled coffee and yeah nightmare to try to clean it lol but you did alright on that 500

I’ve noticed my range doesn’t always match the fuel bars too, it’s been happening for ages, no idea why 😂

Also you know in the menu you can brighten up the speedo ? as mine was dull when i bought it so was lucky it just needed the brightness turned up lol

Also mine is the same i have 1/4 of tank in mine but its saying 37 miles but i can get easy around 70 miles on a quarter of a tank of fuel so yeah don't trust Italian electronics LOL

When a car is being moved around at a dealer or auction site, never gets warm and has a number of cold starts, the on board computer calculates that is how the rest of the tank will be consumed, for the same reason when your bimberling along at say 50 and have not had to stop or slow down with a lot of gear changes, it will assume the remainder of the tank will last probably an unrealistic distance. A bit of a ramble but I hope that makes sense.

@@iansavage2885 Ah so basically i have more fuel than what its tellling me ? I dont get why Fiat did not just fit a good old fashioned Fuel Gauge as that system seems more accurate ?

@@christineayres7199 I think most cars have the same system, some maybe more accurate than others, but use your instincts. One segment left on the gauge, a good 50 miles, but not if your tearing thru the gears, or being heavy on the throttle pedal...What's left in the tank should be taken as a guide.

@@iansavage2885 I worked out for £10 of petrol which gives near a quarter a tank i can get 70miles and i only drive local journeys so that £10 usually lasts me a week not bad in this day and age and EVs are a scam , A friend of mine with a new Polestar EV shes paying like £30 a week in Electric to charge it when out , its cheaper at home to charge but no way i will be buying an EV anytime soon.
