Subhanallah. A Turkish scholar also talked about how he was overweight and always asked to loose weight. Then he got diabetes and lost pretty much all of his weight and is still struggling with diabetes. He said don’t forget to ask for afiyah when you wish for something. What tariqah are you in sidi Ensar?
