This was a training session I didn’t want to post.
🔘 My performance wasn’t great
🔘 I didn’t hit my rep/set goals
🔘 I felt like shit during most of the workout
My natural, immediate reaction is to beat myself up over it.
Sometimes, I believe that type of reaction is a feature.
Other times, it’s a bug.
But on this day, I took a step back to reevaluate.
If I laid out all the potential reasons why this training session might not be great, would I still be upset?
