This webinar is designed for women who are pre or post-surgery, looking to learn more about their pelvic floor health. The pelvic floor group of muscles work like any other muscle, they're just inside. It is important to learn to work them properly, especially for women. Often women can have issues with leaking urine with coughing or sneezing, or having issues with urinary frequency or urgency. If you have to know where every bathroom is wherever you go, this talk is for you!
You can use your pelvic floor muscles to help train your bladder to be a better reservoir, and also stop any incontinence you may be experiencing. In this webinar, we will cover the basics of our pelvic floor, functions, some challenges you may experience, and a few helpful exercises as well.
