Beach Fishing w/ Tiny LIVE Bait Fish! SO MANY FISH!

Hey Skipper

Hey Skipper

Күн бұрын

We’re saltwater fishing in the shallows by getting in the water with the fish today. This is an uncommon beach and it's very flat, so we will be wading out to try to catch some fish. Beach fishing flats can be difficult to start fishing because they are confusing. Today, we’ve found this nice big structure that holds fish and we will be using live bait to target them
I’m here today with Erin and our friend and local expert, Bushi. The plan is to use up the live shrimp we have and then catch the local bait fish swimming around as those are guaranteed to get a ton of bites! Have you tried this kind of fishing before? How do you like to do it?

I love skippers videos! Packed full of information and tips for people not familiar with Florida fishing. I was going to Florida for a fishing trip at the beginning of the pandemic and let him know through KZbin comments on a video that I had put in an order for his baits and he got back to me within the hour to let me know the shipment was being processed. It never made it to me in time but the shipping was out of his power at that point during rough times. The fact that he saw my message and responded that quickly just through video comments meant a lot. I’ve still got the baits in the freezer for my next Florida adventure and I will not forget his efforts to get them to me.

whenever you’re back in MD, you should try to fish the conowingo dam whenever rockfish season opens back up after August 1st. It’d be interesting to find your take on how to fish that body of water. Love your videos, they’ve helped me out a ton !!!

I wish I had known that you were that close by. That's like 3 miles from my house. They're far better places to go wading in Tampa Bay. I will be out around Gandy Bridge in my boat tomorrow. There are some nice grass Flats out in the very middle of the Bay. Picnic Island would probably be a better choice for you to go waiting.

Hey dude I'm not sure if you'll see my comment but I've spent A LOT of time fishing there. It's actually a monster snook spot. Incoming tide is absolutely key since water doesn't move there on outgoing. My biggest snook (40" and around 20lbs) was caught there at 5am on a DOA CAL and 1/4oz jig head.

A good way to weed out small fish no matter where you’re at is to use multiple hooks it’s always the small ones that find it first the big ones sit back and let them find the food then they come in and get it you got a paint the picture For those big ones
