I love how in his conference presentations, Captain D very humbly admits to his science errors in this video (especially for putting them in the mouth of Beakman). Alan is a treasure.

This is Netflix worthy production quality. Somebody throw money at this guy and make it a full season show.

AHH!! I watched every episode of Beakman's World on endless repeat as a kid, and this was just an overload to nostalgia. Spot-on tribute. And the video was just plain awesome and informative as always, gotta love this channel!

I was not a kid when Beakman was on.. I was a full-grown adult.. but I was working as the art director of a kid's Science Museum. Man, he was a HUGE inspiration! It's hard to fathom just how HARD it is to take scientific concepts and make them not only fun, but understandable. I LOVE Beakman! I was almost in tears when he popped up.

Beakman to this day still has a huge fanbase in Latin America, if someone creates a show to bring him back, this could fly far.

This is the sort of stuff kids should be watching, but forget the stupid kids...

As a kid I watched Beakman's World more religiously than going to church. I even wrote in as a kid and he answered my question! I wish I still had the post card verifying my question

"This man instilled a love for science in millions of kids" Fact. I am one of them. Science class became my favorite and would catch Beakman every Saturday.

I feel like the 90s just punched me in the face. With a brick. And the brick is made of knowledge.

If this is made in the most 90's way possible, then it should be uploaded in a 4:3 aspect ratio

This day still lives on in my memory as one of the most scientifically magical! ✨
