make a vector diagram triangle with Fx and Fy, and then use tan(angle) = Fy / Fx

Hello Please you said the mass of the beam and the attached mass form a clockwise moment but how is it possible since they are acting in opposite direction to tension?

With the hinge as the rotation axis, gravity pulling down on the mass and the beam are both clockwise torques attempting to rotate the system clockwise. The tension pulling up and to the left is exerting a counterclockwise torque.
