I vote for an upgrade on the cavities for nerves to fit through being a little larger to avoid so much issue with entanglement with tendons and the like (specifically I'm thinking of carpal tunnel syndrome, and it's counterpart, cubital tunnel syndrome). Also, better attachment at the hand/wrist joint. You tear out that cartilage complex (TFCC) and you lose a lot of wrist stability, like I did as a teenager. It's been 16 years and my hand still dislocates from thr wrist at the slightest pull to the hand. It's not really painful anymore, though i can't do precision tasks like writing for very long without pain, but it does mean I've got reduced strength in the hand and my hands and wrist tire/give out more quickly when doing things that require strength and movement- like swinging a tennis racquet or using scissors. And because cartilage doesn't have a lot of blood flow, like muscle, for example, it doesn't really have the chance to heal. Once torn, it's just not there anymore. A hand surgeon told me my old option was leave it as is or fuse the joint, which would severely limit hand movement. I chose the former. Idk if technology has advanced to repair such things in the 16 years since injury though.

You bring an interesting point. For an image of a “perfect being,” we seem to be massively flawed, with features that don’t entirely make sense. For what you described, if we are made for those things because our God does them, then you are absolutely correct. Our bodies are pathetic if they were made to do those things. However, the God whom you are referring to is one of the only Gods to have done all of the following: constructed the world in 7 days, planted the Garden of Eden, and clothed the first humans. Since we are made in his image, while our bodies may not be built for anything else, we should still be able to do the things that He does. And, when you look around the world and see all that humanity has accomplished, that is exactly what is looks like. While each person has features that slowly dwindle, humanity as a whole has built the earth up, planted food upon its surface, and clothed each other with real and viable clothing, just like their God.
