07:13 you grab a Jellycat plush (Colin The Chameleon) in the free laundry basket that would sell for about £20 ($25) with like a 200% sell through rate atm. Sometimes more, the Colin’s that lie down are more like between £40 and £125 ($50-$150). Jellycat plush are super popular and some can be worth good money, especially retired ones - would be worth keeping at eye out, especially when free! Great video as always 😊

Hey Julian! Hey Kayla! I just wanted to tell y’all what I found at an estate sale up here on the North End, this past weekend! I got a signed, Franklin Library, 1st Edition of JURASSIC PARK- the book. And as I said- SIGNED by, Michael Crichton, himself! It should sell somewhere $850-$1250. I have it list for $1250/OBO. I immediately thought of Julian when I saw it…… The best part is- I paid…… LESS THAN $1 FOR IT!!! 😳😳😳🤯🤯🤯

We are on our second Simply Safe. First one just got old and wore out. We like it, seems that one sensor on each we have had, gives us trouble. My poor husband on the phone forever with support trying to figure out what was happening with the one sensor. Got it working now. Hope yours works for you!

First, I want to thank Kayla for the beautiful pot charm she made! I haven’t put it on any plants yet, but I am enjoying it just looking at it. My favorite color is purple so this is perfect 👍🏻 Julian, I like it when Kayla and you do yard sales, but it’s funny to watch you and your dad! I’m so glad you spend time with him. I have two fiber optic LED Birch Tree lamps like that with remote. It has different settings so keep pressing the button until you get what you like. Setting 8 keeps the light steady versus blinking. From Amazon it’s around $23

I have done REALLY well on golf clubs lately. The other day I paid 20 for 4 clubs at GW and a bag. In the pocket there was a Scotty Cameron headcover that sold instantly for 40 bucks. Made another 300 on the clubs. Golf cljbs are great money if you learn them.

A funny note… last night I dreamt that I went to a community garage sale in a golf course community, and I scored a ton of golf items and other sporting goods for very low prices!
