Today we're in Spruce Grove, AB at a place called Broadway & Grand, which is technically inside a Super 8 hotel...which is a bit of a novelty...and wherein they offer something called 'The Grand Challenge'...
Diners get 30 minutes in which to dispatch of a huge sandwich, comprised of grilled cheese buns and stuffed with all kinds of bbq meatstuffs...it's also accompanied by a huge bowl of mac and cheese, but I missed that off the thumbnail...wazzock...

Thanks for joining me for another episode folks…really, it means an awful lot to see how many of you have enjoyed this little series of videos… I’ll see you for the next and final episode from this series this time next week, and trust me when I say it’s the hardest one I’ve attempted in recent memory…so be sure not to miss it…unless of course you’ve got something productive to do, in which case feel free to miss it 😆 Lots of love, your old mate, BMF ❤️

Hey Adam, thanks for hitting up B&G! This is my home town and you have no idea how much this exposure means to us! Broadway & Grand was actually co-owned by Kayla (blonde on the left at 3:08, she's an ANGEL) and her late business partner, Devin. He was such a sweet, giving person and an amazing chef and his food lives on as his legacy. No matter where I travel in life, I will always return home to this restaurant. It is the epitome of community in Spruce Grove and I'm so glad that you helped showcase one of our all time favourite restaurants in town (almost every local will agree... you tasted that mac and cheese). Much love! ❤

God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Therefore if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. God is holy and His standard for Heaven is perfection so how can we who have all sinned and fallen short of that perfect standard enter Heaven? We transfer our trust from man, from politicians, from this world, from ourselves, from our works, from our pastors/priests, from mary, from buddha, from allah, from idols to Jesus Christ who lived that perfect life and then laid it down and took the punishment that we deserved for our sins. Find a quiet place alone and humbly kneel before God and confess your sins before Him. Ask Him to forgive your sins and to save your soul. Tell Jesus you accept His free gift and ask Him to make you a new creation in Christ. God wants a personal relationship with you. Start one today. He absolutely longs to hear from you. Please don't put it off, we can die at any second. Eternity is forever! Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."-John 14:6 "But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven."-Matthew 10:33 “For the wages of sin is death (hell), but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”-Romans 6:23

Adam thanks so much for visiting Alberta! It’s a shame the weather was so dreary when you came. Today it’s 32C here in Calgary, many locals will probably find too hot 😂. I hope you enjoyed your stay, we will have to petition local restaurants to create more food challenges so you have an excuse to come back!

i'm convinced you have a quantum stomach - located in 2 different dimensions - you eat in this one and it just transfers through to the other... I am utterly amazed at your gastro-enterstinal fortitude - but what makes the videos is the northern banter - and their faces when after the challenge you ask to see the dessert menu - thoroughly enjoy these - Chris

Our Beard did us proud again, and what a lovely restaurant & staff. Makes it even more enjoyable seeing our Beard get the recognition he deserves from nice staff and patrons. That " mac n cheese " had me worried it could have stumped him. The nasty stuff is stodgy at the best of times, let alone having to down it quickly like that.

haha I didn't think of that 🤢.. We visit my wife's parent's in Canada and was gobsmacked that even the best restaurant they took us to had that bloody dish on the menu. I have a childhood loathing of " mac n cheese " after being subjected to endless tin's of Heinze's over the years. @@sarkybugger5009

Dude, this was lovely. I took my son out for his 35th birthday to a local national chain place. Had a new burger with burnt ends, onion straws, bacon and cheese . This reminded me of that. And the fact that I could barely finish it. You on the other hand inhaled it!. You have become my new favorite person on youtube. Just like your playful vibe and how you interact with others playfully but with respect. Foods look wild man.

When you're down and don't feel like getting out of bed, there's just nothing more calming and rejuvenating than to watch somebody humorously battle gigantic amounts of food.
