Diners get twenty minutes in which to finish two 2ft hot dogs with four toppings, a portion of fries and a drink. If successful, you don't get the $40 meal free, but you do get a t-shirt, a spot on their wall of fame, a $20 gift card and a frequent diner's discount card.

I grew up one block from there and eat there at least once a month. It's a great throw back atmosphere. You can't find many places that specialize in hotdogs these days and they are delicious. They also sell fried dough, which is impossible to find unless you go to a carnival or make it yourself.
